Energetiks, Ivanhoe

Discover everything you need at the Energetiks store. They proudly offer a wide selection of Energetiks brand leotards, tights, ballet shoes, and warm-up gear to cater to your dance essentials.

With pointe shoes, they currently stock their own Energetiks Brand, which is made in Russia. They are official stockists for a few other pointe shoe brands, including Freed of London, Grisko, and Gaynor Minden. Because they are not a flagship store for these brands, they don't have all their models and are not exhaustive, though they offer a decent range. So if there is a particular model you want to try, perhaps give them a phone call before attending your pointe shoe fitting. The pointe shoe fitter did mention that they can order certain pointe shoes for you to try on if they are available at their head office or their other stores around Melbourne. Remember to book a pointe shoe fitting online. They will either ring you or email you to confirm your booking. The shop assistants are very friendly and knowledgeable, and you don't feel rushed to make a decision or purchase.

Sometimes, getting pointe shoes fitted, especially during your first fitting, makes you feel like a wizard or a witch receiving their first magic wand. It is so personalized. Wizards and witches receive their wands after they settle down at Hogwarts, choosing the length, material flexibility, and strength. Adult ballet students can get pointe shoes personally fitted at Energetiks, selecting the vamp length, hardness, shank strength, material, wing, types of ribbon, elastics, and more.
